litre Kneader. 2 mixing mills.
2" extruders and a bale cutter.
All of which are fitted with the latest
temperature and pressure gauges, we can mix large volumes of compounds
in one shift.

fully equipped in-house tool room, which enables us to make all rubber
and plastic moulds with utmost precision & reasonable cost enabling us
to cater to urgent needs. Our Tool room is equipped with the following machines:
1) Lathe machines - 2 nos. 6 feet and 8 feet.
2) Shaping machine - 36 inches stroke.
3) Milling machine.
4) Bench grinders.
5) Radial drill machines. |

Our moulding department
has 14 hydraulic PLC machines of various sizes with the latest
features of an automatic cycle and down stroke (where the moulds are
clamped to the platten) which help to achieve maximum production and
minimum rejection. |

The staff
execute the finishing and rechecking of large volumes of moulded
